Guns must be picked up in person unless arrangements have been made to send the gun to an FFL holder in your area. We will not ship ammunition! All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantee expressed or implied. Do not bid unless you have inspected the items and determined the condition for yourself. We make every effort to describe all items as complete and detailed as possible, however the seller and/or Alaska Auction Co., (Auctioneers) are not responsible for any incorrect description or defect in any lot and make no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied as to the authenticity of the item being sold. All descriptions, conditions, years, models, etc of equipment on this website have been obtained from sources deemed reliable. 1. Shipping Policy: If you are a successful online bidder and reside in the greater Anchorage area, we will NOT automatically ship your items NOR charge your credit card. If you live outside the greater Anchorage area, we will automatically process your items for shipping according to the following guidelines. If you do not want your items shipped, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will charge the handling fee for packing the items. 2. Handling Fees: For flat-rate USPS shipping (envelope up to large box), we will charge a $20 handling fee per box/envelope. If the lots won do not safely fit in a flat rate package, the minimum handling fee would be $30 per box. The fee will ultimately be proportionate to the time and materials used to package the items. For any framed artwork, the minimum handling fee will be $75 per piece of artwork. We also charge a $100 handling fee for any long gun. In addition to the handling fees, the shipping charges will are automatically calculated through USPS at whatever the actual cost of shipping they charge - this will include insurance, tracking, and priority 2-3 day shipping. 3. Ammunition: Due to the cost and paperwork necessary to ship ammunition, we cannot ship ammo to anyone in-state or out of state. 4. Additional info: We will only ship firearms to another FFL holder, so when a gun is purchased, please get in touch with us immediately with accurate information from your local FFL (you may fax or email a copy of their license). 5. Local Bidders: Pick-up days are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We are closed Sundays. Deliveries are available at $80.00 per man-hour. After the allotted pick-up days, you will be charged a $20 per day storage fee. Auction personnel are not always available. You will need to make an appointment if you can't make it during regular business hours.
